Dr Eelynn graduated from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2007. She practiced in various government restructured hospitals, working in internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and emergency medicine.
She believes in holistic approach and the importance of patient empowerment while dealing with medical problems.
Dr Loo joined the OneCare team in Oct 2016 and is currently based in Onecare Clinic Marine Parade and Loyang Point.
