I graduated from University of Malaya in 2001 and obtained my post-graduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MRCP, UK) five years later. I began my nephrology career in 2008 and won overseas scholarships from the International Society of Nephrology and Department of Health of Western Australia in 2011 which enabled me to do a fellowship in Nephrology at Royal Perth Hospital, Australia.
