Dr Richard Sim is a Senior Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon. He is Past President of the Society of Colorectal Surgeons (Singapore) and is currently Treasurer of the International Society for Pelvic Floor Disorders. His areas of interest include minimally invasive endo-laparoscopic surgery and enhanced recovery protocols. In research and education, Dr Sim is a member of the Editorial Board, Annals of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore and Clinical Senior Lecturer of the Yong Yoo Lin School of Medicine, NUS.
