I graduated in Medicine from Ireland in 1994 and completed ENT training in 2010 in the United Kingdom to NHS Consultant level.
I take a detailed history, perform a detailed examination (as per patients preference) and successfully treat the majority of my patients non-surgically unless there is a necessity for or there is an express desire for surgery. At the end of the consultation patients will usually receive a clear explanation of their diagnosis / diagnoses with various options made available to them. There is also the possibility of post-consultation discussion / feedback via email (usually for overseas patients), Whatsapp or by phone.

Aside from performing common ear, nose & throat operations (such as Grommets insertion, Tympanoplasty, Septoplasty, FESS, Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, etc...) he has a specialist interest in complex Otology (ear disease) affecting children and adults. He has been trained in new surgical styles which may also involve using a laser for better disease clearance and hearing preservation in patients with Cholesteatoma or Granulation disease in the middle ear and mastoid, or better outcomes in Otosclerosis. These diseases can present as a hearing loss, ear blockage, ringing in the ears, ear pain, discharging ear, or even dizziness amongst others.
He also performs some aspects of facial cosmetic surgery including excision of lumps with local flap reconstruction, Rhinoplasty & Pinnaplasty.
