Dato’ Dr. Badrul Shah has pecial interests are in Joint and Replacement Surgery including Revision Surgeries Computer Assisted Surgeries, Knee and Ankle Arthroscopy, Ilizaror Procedures and Pelvic Trauma Reconstruction Surgeries. He is a member of Malaysian Orthopaedic Association, Asian Association for Dynamic Osteosynthesis, Academy of Medicine Malaysia, Islamic Medical Association of Malaysia, Malaysian Osteoporosis Society, National Transplant Registry and Malaysia Arthroplasty Interest Group.
Dr. Chong Yoon Sin graduated from University of Malaya (MBBS) and further obtained the Membership of Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2002. He then subspecialised in Interventional Cardiology and he was previously appointed as the Director of Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Hospital Serdang before joining iHeal Medical Centre.
Dr. David Khoo is the founder and Medical Director of iHeal Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur. He subsequently had subspeciality training in Cardiothoracic Surgery in Institut Jantung Negara (IJN) and underwent a Fellowship in Advanced Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic, USA in 1996. He was appointed as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Institut Jantung Negara in 1999.
Dr Eugene Wong is currently an Adult and Pediatric Spine and Orthopaedic Surgeon and a trained as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at the University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Prior to obtaining his specialist degree he has worked at various government hospitals in Malaysia – Alor Setar Hospital, Kuala Lumpur General Hospital, Putrajaya Hospital and Sungai Buloh Hospital. He specializes in complex disorders of the entire spine in adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Haniza Zainal Abidin graduated from University of Malaya (MBBS) in 1993 and further specialised with Master of Medicine (Anaesthesia) in National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2000. She further underwent the Fellowship of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Perfusion from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney in 2004 – 2005.
Dr Lew graduated as a dental surgeon from University of Malaya in 1984 with a JPA scholarship. He worked as a general dental surgeon till 1993. Then, he was offered a scholarship to the Eastman Institute of Dental Surgery in London, UK, for a postgraduate study and obtained a Master degree in orthodontics from University of London and passed the orthodontics board of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1995.
Dr. Ming graduated with BSc and MBBS degrees from University of London, UK. She further qualified as an Internal Medicine specialist with the Membership of Royal College of Physicians (UK) and subsequently subspecialised as a Chest Physician.
Academically trained as a doctor at the prestigious AIIMS and later bestowed the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS ENT) in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, United Kingdom. Dr Raymond Tan furthered his surgical training at the University Malaya Medical Centre and hospitals in England, including the world-renowned St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, UK.
Dr Wong Teck Wee was the scientific chairman of the World Congress of Healthy Ageing 2012 supported by WHO, the first of its kind incorporating mainstream and complementary medicine with the goal of holistic care. Currently, he is the Vice President of Malaysian Healthy Ageing Society, an NGO championing preventive health for elderly.
Dr. Yap Yee Guan graduated with BMedSci(Hons) and MBBS degrees from the University of Nottingham, UK in 1992. Following his internship in University Hospital Nottingham and Southampton General Hospital, UK, he underwent Internal Medicine and Cardiology training in the Cardiothoracic Centre, Liverpool and St. George’s Hospital, London.
