Dr. Teoh graduated from the National University of Singapore with the degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, under a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Merit Scholarship. He then went on to train in General Surgery and was awarded a Singapore Government Fellowship leading to a Masters of Medicine in Surgery.
