Yak Visioncare strives to combine affordable eyeglasses with decent eye examinations. We are a simple practice with an ambition. We believe in a holistic service - we check not only your sight, but your eye health too. We perform Digital Retina Photography DRP imaging which helps in early detection of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetes and cataract.
Our eyeglasses are inclusive of core value features such as 1.6 high index lenses, anti-reflective, UV coatings, etc. Our certified optometry practitioners will advise and assist in contact lens consultation and fitting as well in myopia control. Caris, a certified optometrist with numerous years of experience in eyecare practice has helped many people in her professional practice. This includes providing a consultative approach for customers in eyewear and ophthalmic lenses recommendation. In addition, Caris has solid experience in contact lenses consultation and fitting assessment. She is dedicated to our patients’ well-being associated with sight and primary eye care.
Kenny, a registered senior optician, practised opticianry extensively in his long career. Having a thorough understanding of the different types of optical aids, experienced in eye checks for vision correction, he has won the confidence of many appreciative customers. Kenny is also trained and skilled in helping patients with myopia control.
Paulyn, an experienced optician practitioner is committed to helping patients to see clearer and better. Over the years of practice, she has provided refraction checks, and advice on vision correction, eye wear and care to many satisfied patients. She applies a wide knowledge of different vision aids to advise patients on the suitability, based on your lifestyle, occupation & hobbies.
