T Kol (B) Datin Dr Rubini graduated with a master in Otorhinolaryngology & Head & Neck Surgery from University Malaya in 1998. Subsequently, she did her subsequently in rhinology at Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, UK. She served as a consultant in several Hospitals under the Ministry of Defense for 13 years, after which she embarked on an academic career & served as a consultant & Associate professor at UiTM. She started the ENT Services & Formalized the curriculum (Undergraduate ENT) for the Faculty of Medicine, UiTM. During this period , she was involved in a number of research & projects and published extensively. She has been into the private practice from 2011 to the present.
