Physionique was started in 1987 by a Dutch physiotherapist, Jan Dekker. It was the first private expatriate physiotherapy clinic in Singapore that catered to the expatriate population. The Singaporean clientele has grown steadily over the years due to the reputation of the physiotherapists.

The practice now boasts a multinational team of physiotherapists, podiatrist, massage therapists and Pilates instructor. The therapists’ hold qualifications from Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, UK and Ireland.

In January 2005, we relocated to larger, more modern facilities with a brand new look to reinforce our tradition of quality service. Besides physiotherapy, our services also include Podiatry, Sports Massage, Pilates and Fitball programs. Keeping in line with our pioneering spirit, we are the first clinic in central Singapore to specialize in the treatment of golf injuries and golf fitness. This transformation reflects Physionique’s global and holistic outlook towards healthcare, sports performance and wellness.

Physionique’s philosophy is to help people help themselves, whether it is recovery from injury, getting the body back in balance or improving sports performance. When people move better, they feel better and therefore, work and play better. It all adds to their quality of life.
