Rapha Radiology @ ParkRoyal was founded in 2018 with the vision of harnessing the technology of our GetDoc mobile app to give patients and their referring physicians a dramatically better imaging experience.
Our vision is to “Revolutionize Diagnostic Imaging” by raising the bar for patient access, convenience and overall experience, while delivering consistent, accurate and timely results to each referring physician. We plan to achieve this through:

Our Services include:

1. X-Ray
We provide general X-ray services for the full body that is useful in the diagnosis and treatment of arthritis, osteoporosis, infections, cancerous tumours, blocked blood vessels and many more conditions. Our state-of-the-art Digital Radiography (DR) system allows for shorter examination and waiting time as well as greater image resolution for a higher degree of diagnostic confidence.

2. Bone Density
Also available at our facility are bone density scans (also referred to as bone mineral density testing). This is a medical test used in the screening for osteoporosis. We perform this test on the spine, hip and forearm using a dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) machine that sends a very low dose of X-rays through the bones of the area being examined.

3. Total Body Composition Scan
With a physician referral, we can also perform a DEXA Total Body Composition scan which provides detailed body measurements by looking at bone density, fat mass, and lean mass. This critical information can be used to accurately assess the state of a patient or athlete’s health and define successful treatment plans and training programs.

Our centre is conveniently located within the Park Royal Hotel building and in close proximity to City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT station. It is comfortably furnished to provide patients with a pleasant waiting environment and staff is at hand to extend warm hospitality and compassionate care to patients.
