Our innovative Anti–Gravity and Robo-Walk treadmills provide support for our stroke members to practise walking independently. Their resistance can be adjusted to provide a suitable level of challenge to stroke members at different mobility levels. As stroke members hone their movement, their gait is stabilised and their walking pattern improves. They can also walk faster and at longer distance.
S3 is a ground initiative started by volunteers to meet the unmet needs of stroke survivors and caregivers in their stroke journey. S3 is volunteer-led and its programmes are supported by medical professionals and therapists from National University Health System (NUHS) and other hospitals.
