Exercise is the most transformative thing that you can do to protect your brain.

Many studies indicate that regular exercise throughout life could lower the risk of memory problems and protective for the brain. And not only for your brain but your body too. Exercise keeps your body in good shape, helps prevent major diseases such as diabetes, heart disease or even stroke.

How much is adequate?

Don’t wait, pick a choice! Go walking, running, swimming, hiking, or biking. Breathe in the fresh air and commune with nature. You reap amazing benefits of health & wellness—both physical and mental. Rule of thumb: get each week of 3-4 times of 30 mins sessions including aerobic exercises will be enough.
