*Healthy diet combo
- The main secret to Japan’s longevity is their diet. Japanese eat a lot of fresh and unprocessed food.
- They consume wide variety of vegetables, both land and sea vegetables such as seaweed.
- A healthy portion of soy beans, tofu and fermented foods has been proven to have probiotic action to the digestive system.

- While there are western-toilets available, old-school Japanese lavatories involve squatting which is healthier to the bowel.
*Japanese hot bath.
- They usually take baths at night before bed.
- They have separate place for shower and bathtub.
- First take a shower to wash the hair and body, and then they will soak in the bathtub.
- Warming in the tub improves blood circulation, alleviates fatigue, improves metabolism and helps to loosen stiff joints.
