1.Eat healthy!
The food you consume will not only affect your weight but your appearance too. Include these in your diet.

- Beta carotene reduces the speed of skin breakdown, delaying skin aging. Slow down ageing by eating carrots, sweet potatoes, apricots, and cantaloupe.
2. Avoid the sun!
- UV rays are damaging to collagen and elastin on the skin. Avoid long periods under the sun especially during the mid-day.

3. It’s time to quit smoking.

- Hence, it’s important to make sure that you had enough sleep to feel refreshed and energized.
7. Face yoga.
- Moving and stretching some face muscles provides a tension free facial muscle with fewer wrinkle.
- You can also achieve natural glow and lift through these simple face yoga.
8. Proper skin care routine.
- Follow a proper skin care routine: cleansing and moisturizing.
- Remove all dirt and make up on the face and moisturize the skin before sleeping.
- While sleeping, skin cells get themselves repaired.
- If your skin is not cleansed and moisturized, the skin cells would not be able to take proper oxygen and replenish themselves.
