Practitioner Profile

Ms Izabela Kerner graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics in 1998. She is an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore and Australia with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She is also a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and specializes in critical care nutrition and peri-operative management of surgical patients.

Izabela has a special interest in innovation and research. She is currently the principal investigator in a study evaluating resting metabolic rate in patients admitted to intensive care and another study on the use of probiotics to treat multi-resistant bacteria.
